Adaptability is the key to ongoing success. Great leaders must learn that what worked for them in the past may be the last strategy to implement in the future. Everyone recognizes that adaptability is the key to success over time. However, it is becoming increasingly noticed that being adaptable is much easier to say than do. No wonder IBM found that only 14% of organizations feel very prepared to adapt to change. Congratulations to GE for surviving change by being adaptable!
